Veturián Arana is an international mentor, speaker, author of several books on emotional wellbeing, and founder of the SAAMA® method. He has over 30 years of experience supporting people through real change.

Do I need prior experience or specific knowledge?

No. SAAMA® training is designed so anyone can apply it in their personal life. If you already have therapy or coaching training, you can integrate it as a complement. If not, you can still use it in everyday life.

How much time do I need to commit?

The training is organised so you can move at your own pace within the 3-month window. It requires practice. It is not passive consumption. Most students complete it with about 2–4 hours per week.

How long do I have access?

You have 3 months of full access. That window is designed for structured, committed progress — so it does not become a course you postpone indefinitely.

I've tried many things — how do I know this will work for me?

If you have lived with tension, stress, or poor rest for a while, scepticism is normal: many approaches only help you cope with the symptom. Here the point is not to stack another technique to calm down for a while. It is to intervene in the automatic pattern that keeps that discomfort switched on, using a method you apply to real situations in your day-to-day. Will it fit you? It depends on your practice. If you commit to the process, you can see for yourself how your inner response shifts — and with it how you experience tension, a racing mind, or rest. It does not replace medical or psychological care when you need it.

How is it different from other emotional techniques?

The SAAMA® method focuses on intervening directly in the active automatic pattern, without long analysis processes or intensely reliving the past. It is a structured procedure you train and repeat until the change holds.

Can I get certified to practise as a SAAMA® therapist?

Yes. When you complete SAAMA® 1.0 you receive the official Diploma that qualifies you to apply the method. If you want to go further and become a SAAMA® specialist, the path continues with SAAMA® 2.0 and 3.0.
